StyleMyCatalog Refund / Cancellation Policy: Given the nature of the Digital Services Provided by STYLEMYCATALOG NETWORKS SOLUTIONS, We do not offer a refund or Credit on a Purchase or Subscription of our Services, unless one of the promises assured by us in writing has been breached We will Assess the Refund or Credit Requests on Their Merits, Considering the Digital Nature of “StyleMyCatalog” and its Integration with Third Party Applications. There is generally no obligation to provide a Refund or Credit in situations like the following:
A. You Have Changed Your Mind About The Item Purchase or Subscription
B. You Subscribed or Purchased by Mistake
C. You do Not Have Sufficient Expertise to Use The Solution Which You Have Subscribed to or Purchased
D. You Ask For Goodwill
E. You Can no Longer Access The Subscription Because You Have Not Upgraded or Renewed Your Existing Subscription
Subscription Cancellation by Customer
STYLEMYCATALOG NETWORKS SOLUTIONS, Reserves the Right to Modify, Terminate, or Change the Cancellation and Refund Policy at Any Point in Time Without any Prior Intimation to Any Existing Subscriber.
Subscription Cancellations Received Within 07 Days of Enterprise Plan Registration May be Eligible to Receive a Full Refund less INR 2000 Service Fee.
Cancellations Received After The Stated Deadline Will Not be Eligible For a Refund.
Cancellations Will be Accepted via Written Request or e-mail and Must be Received by The Stated Cancellation Deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the subscribed customer.
Refund requests must include the name of the customer and subscription details.
Refunds will be credited back to the bank account of the customer within 25 working days, up to a maximum of 65 working days.
“StyleMyCatalog” charges and collects in advance for use of the SaaS service. All subscriptions monthly, quarterly, and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to the date of purchase until officially canceled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: [email protected]. Customers will receive an email from “StyleMyCatalog” confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been canceled.
Cancellation requests are not entertained where any integration modules are subscribed such as the Tally integration module which is taken in addition to the “StyleMyCatalog” subscription pack.
In case the customer needs an Immediate refund, 20% of the total amount will be deducted in addition to the service fee and the amount will be provided in the maximum of 10-15 working days.
Without limiting any other remedies, “StyleMyCatalog” may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
In order to continue using the “StyleMyCatalog” SaaS after the cancellation, you will automatically be put to continue to your selected payment plan which you selected initially at the time of buying from a range of selections monthly or receiving a discount by paying for half yearly or full year of service.
Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, the customer has to write to [email protected].
The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
With regards to downgrades on a subscription, “StyleMyCatalog” does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.
“StyleMyCatalog” reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services bought from “StyleMyCatalog.”, If “StyleMyCatalog” refuses a new or renewing subscription, customers will be offered a refund on a prorated basis of pending days in subscription plan bought with an additional cancellation charge of INR 2000/-
