Refund / Cancellation Policy

Given the digital nature of the services provided by StyleMyCatalog, we do not offer a refund or credit on the purchase of a subscription to our services, unless one of the promises assured by us in writing has been breached.
General Refund Principles
Refund or credit requests are assessed on their merits, taking into account:
- The digital nature of the StyleMyCatalog solution.
- Its integration with third‑party applications.
There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations such as:
- Changing your mind about a purchase or subscription.
- Accidental subscription or purchase.
- Insufficient expertise to use the solution purchased.
- Good‑will or courtesy requests.
- Loss of access to the subscription due to non‑renewal or non‑upgrade.
Subscription Cancellation by Customer
StyleMyCatalog reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice to existing subscribers.
- Enterprise plan: Cancellations received within 7 days of registration are eligible for a full refund less ₹2,000 service fee.
- Cancellations after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or letter) by the subscribed customer.
- Refunds are credited to the customer’s bank account within 25 working days (maximum 65 working days).
Automatic Renewal & Billing
StyleMyCatalog charges and collects subscription fees in advance. All plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly) renew automatically on their due date until cancelled in writing. Customers may cancel at any time by emailing billing@stylemycatalog.in.
Customers receive an email confirmation when their subscription has been cancelled.
Integration Modules
Cancellation requests are not entertained if any integration modules—e.g., the Tally Integration Module—have been subscribed in addition to the core StyleMyCatalog pack.
Immediate Refunds
If a customer requires an immediate refund, 20 % of the total amount will be deducted in addition to the service fee. The balance is refunded within 10‑15 working days.
Fraudulent Activity
Without limiting any other remedy, StyleMyCatalog may suspend or terminate an account if we suspect fraudulent activity in connection with our services.
Continuation After Cancellation
To continue using the SaaS after cancellation, customers will automatically stay on their selected payment plan chosen at the time of purchase.
Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
- Customers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time by writing to info@stylemycatalog.in.
- The chosen billing method is automatically charged the new rate on the next billing cycle.
- No refunds or credits are issued for partial months of service when downgrading.
Right of Refusal
StyleMyCatalog reserves the right to refuse or cancel any subscription. If we refuse a new or renewing subscription, a prorated refund for the remaining days in the plan will be offered, minus an additional cancellation charge of ₹2,000.
